Ms. Banks' 1st Grade Class

Hi!  My name is Karrie Banks, and I am a First Grade Teacher at Bryant Elementary. This will be my fourth year teaching at Bryant, but overall my 21st year teaching.  I have previously taught 3rd grade at Emerson here in Kearney. I've also taught in several elementary classrooms ranging from 1st-6th grade at both Bruning-Davenport USD and Kenesaw.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Peru State College in 2002 and my Masters in Curriculum & Instruction/Early Childhood from Doane College in 2012.

 

I live here in Kearney with my three children, Madi-14, Bridger-10, and Sloane-9. When I'm not taking my kids to dance, soccer, volleyball, or some other activity, I love to shop, read, exercise, and watch Netflix!
