Welcome!

Welcome! My name is Audra Haas and I teach 5th grade at Bryant Elementary.  I began my path to teaching at UNK, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education K-6 in 2007. I taught elementary special education for Lincoln Public Schools for three years. During that time I began to find a passion for teaching reading so I pursued a Master's degree in Reading through Concordia and graduated in 2011. I taught Title Reading at Bryant from 2012-2023. I love the successes, challenges, and relationships that I get to develop each day! 

I am married to Brian, who is the athletic trainer at Kearney High School. We have a Bernese Mountain dog named Eleanor who we love to spend time with! In my downtime I love to read, exercise and travel to new places.
